There are three means of contact, all of which will allow you to directly communicate with our service desk.
Telephone: You will be given a service desk number and upon calling will be immediately transferred to a technical engineer. In the event that there are none available, an engineer will get back to as soon as possible.
Email: Send our service desk an email and your issue will be logged immediately and attended to accordingly.
Clicking on the pop-up: Our IT assistance software will be installed onto your computer allowing you to log a call with us directly, after which our engineer will then promptly call you back.
ASG is an IT support company operating both remotely and onsite.
Remote IT support is more immediate, allowing our IT support engineers to provide you with IT system support without the cost, delay and inconvenience of having somebody come to your office.
However when required, we will send IT assistance onsite to solve your problem, install new hardware, complete a project and so on.
Onsite support is included with our “Total Care” IT support contract.
Yes, ASG will act as your IT support department assisting you with support for all your technology, both OS and phones such as Linux, Windows PC, BlackBerry and iPhone, and various other brands.
